If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your dataset due to issues on our end (such as corrupted files, non-functional download links, or server problems), we will gladly provide a full refund. Please contact us at support@botective.com within 7 days of purchase with details of the technical issue and your order details, and we'll work quickly to resolve it or process your refund.

The Botective dataset is property of Botective and its licensors. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the dataset are owned by us.

7. Termination of License

Your license terminates if you violate these terms or use the dataset illegally. Upon termination, you must stop using the dataset and delete all copies. No refunds are provided for terminated licenses.
